Determination of Formulae for the Hydrodynamic Performance of a Fixed Box-Type Free Surface Breakwater in the Intermediate Water

A two-dimensional viscous numerical wave tank coded mass source function in a computational fluid dynamics (CFD) software Flow-3D 11.2 is built and validated. The effect of the core influencing factors (draft, breakwater width, period, height) on hydrodynamic performance fixed box-type free surface (abbreviated to F-BW following texts) are highlighted intermediate waters. results show that four influence factors, except impede transmission; draft width boost reflection, period height opposite; impedes energy dissipation, horizontal extreme force; draft, vertical force.
